1. Request & Briefing
The client submits a request on our website. Our specialist will contact you to clarify your needs and help you complete the brief.
The following must be specified:
— budget,
— website type (landing page or multi-page),
— design preferences (style, color palette),
— number of languages,
— additional features.
2. Draft & Contract
We prepare a preliminary website mockup and the contract. We schedule a call to review the draft, finalize the technical brief, and clarify:
— deadlines,
— list of materials required from the client,
— payment terms.
Once we receive all content (unless agreed otherwise) and a down payment of at least 30%, we begin the work.
3. First Review & Revisions
We send the website draft in one language (even if there are multiple). The client reviews it and provides feedback in a single document, along with the second payment (at least 30%). After that, we:
— apply the revisions,
— finalize the website,
— add the remaining language versions.
4. Final Stage
The client receives the completed website for final review. Final edits are possible — also submitted in a single document. The remaining balance is then paid.
5. Website Handover
Upon full payment:
— we upload the website to the client’s hosting,
— connect the domain,
— configure basic SEO.
6. Additional Work
Any additional work not agreed upon in advance and not included in the contract will be billed separately.
7. 3-Month Support
For 3 months after handover, we offer free minor updates (text/image replacements, layout adjustments) — no more than once per month.
